Two suspects freed after Dallas gun battle

NEWS 8 EXCLUSIVE DALLAS Dallas police are trying to determine why officers failed to arrest two suspects who were involved in a running gun battle in the middle of Oak Cliff earlier this month. The men smashed their vehicles into several others during the July 13 incident, injuring seven people, including three children. One woman, 65-year-old Betty Height, suffered a broken neck.
