Judge agrees to free wrongfully convicted Houston man (Houston Chronicle)

A judge this morning agreed to a request by a defense attorney and Harris County prosecutors that a Houston man sentenced to 40 years in prison five years ago for the aggravated sexual assault of a child be freed after DNA evidence cleared him.
